Upon confirming the details provided in your inquiry, we will internally verify the eligibility for vacation rentals. Once the availability of the property is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule a visit to the location. Additionally, for clients who do not own vacation rental properties, we also offer assistance in finding suitable vacation rental properties.

We will conduct an on-site visit on the confirmed date and inspect both the interior and exterior of the property. We will thoroughly check the current layout and facilities. Based on our inspection, we will compile a quotation document for you.

We will provide you with an estimate covering initial costs required to start your vacation rental business, along with monthly management fees. Additionally, we will present a proposal including approximate operational returns and anticipated revenue.

Once you are satisfied with the simulation details, we will proceed with the official contract. Upon signing the contract, we will initiate the necessary procedures and preparations with our affiliated partners to prepare for your business opening.
