We collaborate with professional interior designers and furniture manufacturers', gathering opinions from various perspectives to craft superior vacation rentals. Our company's founder comes from a leading domestic real estate portal site operating company, and we fully utilize that expertise. We prioritize SEO measures within the booking site and pay close attention to how we present our listings to guests. We focus primarily on the following three aspects:

First, Photographs: We analyze the photos, order, and quality desired by potential guests and adjust them as necessary after the operation begins.

Second, Pricing: Apart from adjustments based on external factors like seasons and events, we also review the rates whenever there are geopolitical movements. We continuously adapt our prices in response to the behaviour of potential guests and the situation of competitive properties in the corresponding area.

Third, Reviews: Potential guests almost always read reviews from previous guests. To create a more positive impression, we work daily to improve our services based on these reviews.

Our company provides support for guests in five languages, ensuring a very high response rate. This high level of communication significantly contributes to positive guest reviews. We handle guest concerns smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.

Additionally, we prioritize prevention, minimizing the need for on-site support during guests' stays. We anticipate potential risks in advance and employ various measures to prevent issues.

For cleaning services, we have partnered with selected high-quality companies, currently working with a carefully chosen group of four. Moreover, we meticulously review all guest reviews. If any aspect falls short of a five-star rating, we assess and provide instructions for improvement.

Through rigorous quality management, we aim to achieve higher guest satisfaction levels.
